TUTORING SUBJECTS
Tutors will help students with doubts on their homework or will practice more problems on the concept that they are learning about in school. We will match students to tutors who have already taken that class and are capable of properly teaching that subject. Please be aware that to tutor a language you have to be fluent in speaking and have taken at least 2 years in that subject. Also, English speaking practice is just to improve and practice their English speaking skills. We provide tutoring help in the following subjects:
- Math
- English
- Spanish

HOW IT WILL WORK
- Step 1: Fill out the Volunteer Application form to sign up for our program.
- Step 2: After filling out the form, you will receive an email about your student. This process might take about 1-2 weeks, as we want to match you with a compatible student.
- Step 3: Then, you will reach out to your student to set up a convenient time for your first tutoring session.
- Lastly, we hope that you and your student get along well and we will check up on each pair individually to see how things are going. If you have any questions about the process please feel free to email us or dm us on Instagram, as we are happy to answer any questions or concerns.
TUTOR REQUIREMENTS
- To be a tutor you must be 14 years or older.
- You should be able to have commitment and spend 1-2 hours a week with your student.
- You should have an email or social media to connect your student with.
HOW TO JOIN
- To sign up to be apart of out program please fill out the Volunteer Application Form. After you have submitted the form you should receive an email by a couple of days.
